ALLIANCE Live - Share your story

ALLIANCE Live is a new information and learning portal bringing to you examples of innovation and integrated working taking place across Scotland within health and social care.

Speakers are invited to use the power of story to bring their work or lived experience to life and demonstrate the successes and challenges that come with any endeavour including living well with a long term condition or disability. We want the audience to come away from ALLIANCE Live activity feeling inspired and educated, being able to apply lessons and examples from the stories they hear to their own work within health and social care.

As part of ALLIANCE Live, guests are given the option of two outputs: 

Our webinars are short, 10-15 minute presentations that capture the essence of their story. The key parts within these stories will be the innovative, inspiring and/or integrated aspects that make it valuable to the audience. 

Speakers will deliver their presentation live to an online audience through the ALLIANCE’s webinar platform. Following the presentation will be a short Q&A with questions posed by the audience in real time. 

Our Podcasts take the form of short, informal interviews with panellists from across the broad spectrum of health and social care. These conversations provide the chance to hear in-depth on a variety of subjects and opinions from individuals including healthcare professionals, policymakers, unpaid carers and people living with disabilities and long term conditions.

If travel is an issue solutions can be discussed to accommodate panellists and potential travel restrictions including presenting their portion of the webinar remotely.
