This in-person learning event will be a chance to come together to help develop a new tool to support co-production in action.
Building on discussions with network members, weβre at the early stages of developing a new way to help identify and measure co-production. We've brought together existing resources and examples of co-production and want to develop a way to show co-production as a flexible approach to achieving better outcomes.
This working session will be a chance to learn more about these initial ideas, share your thoughts about the progress we've made, and how that fits with the ways you're carrying out co-production with your communities.
During the session we'll be asking:
What would help you to do co-production well?
What would be helpful in a guide / tool to support co-production?
How can we measure good quality co-pro in a flexible way?
Going forward, how could you help develop the guide?
Meeting in person in Glasgow, this learning event will also be a chance for networking with fellow network members in a relaxed, participative atmosphere.
As we build up to Co-production Week Scotland in November, we hope this event will be an exciting chance for you to co-design this simple, user-friendly guide to help measure how youβre co-producing and show the strengths of co-pro as an approach.
