Learning Event: After Covid, What’s Next for Co-production?

Wednesday 26th May, 1 - 3pm
Online: Zoom

This event brought SCN members to discuss what comes next after Covid for co-producing how we work in Scotland.

With previous events giving us a chance to discuss the impact of the pandemic, here we looked forward and plotting out what changes we want to see - and how we can make them happen.

Over the last few months, we’ve been collecting key messages for co-production from you, SCN network members. It’s no surprise that they’re full of innovative, and even radical ideas, for how we can do things differently: from using digital tools and expanding our skills to evaluating what works and shifting the balance of power to communities as we Build Back Better.

At this event we heard more about these key messages and come together for participatory group discussions to explore:

  • What are the priority themes and messages people need to hear?

  • Who needs to hear these messages?

  • What can SCN do, what can you do to make them a reality.

The event was task focused, refining the messages we’ve captured so far so that we were able to ‘sense check’ them with the wider network after the event.

You can read the final key messages here.
