With Us, For Us - a set of co-pro resources

Developed with the With Us, For Us Lived Experience Project Group (LPEG), this comprehensive set of resources from the Scottish Recovery Network provided an opportunity for people living with trauma and/or who have been given a diagnosis of personality disorder to share their experiences of services and their ideas for change in a suite of co-produced resources.

Main report - shares the findings of the project and includes: key stages and activities of the engagement programme, a picture of current services, key components of great, well-designed services and proposals for improvement and change.

Practice learning workbook - a useful tool for reflecting on how you and your team can improve your practice and take action to make positive changes with and for people.

Short animation - Putting people at the heart of mental health support was developed by the LPEG and shares the group's experiences of services, what great support should look and feel like, and how we can get there.

Photo booklet - Living with trauma: storytelling through photography and art - this booklet visually illustrates, in the group's own words, the reality of living with trauma.

Short case study - provides highlight practical ideas to support you to enable people with lived experience to be key drivers of your projects. The LEPG group members also share their top tips for organisations who are interested in setting up their own lived experience project group.
