Family nurse partnership (FNP) overview
FNP is a programme from the USA which has been identified by NESTA as a clear example of a 'co-produced service'. Whilst aimed at young mothers, the approach used has applicability for any age group. It has been successfully operated in England and is being piloted in Scotland through NHS Lothian and NHS Tayside.
